Steel piers are part of the foundation system that will support a mobile or manufactured home once it is placed on a lot. These high-quality painted steel piers are manufactured right here in the USA (California to be exact) by D-Mac Inc. and are rated to support vertical loads up to 3,000 lbs. and tested to support vertical loads of 9,000 lbs. - comfortably supporting the full weight of any mobile home. In the setup process, piers are spaced and installed under the supporting steel frame of the home. Piers should be purchased in conjunction with pier head jacks and ABS pier pads to. Check local codes and manufactureres requirements for proper installation regulations for beam and marriage line installation.
